I'm talking Goodwill, Salvation Army, Value Village - If you take the time to go hunting for clothes here, you will always be very pleasantly surprised at how your creativity can combine with your fashion sense. Not only can you find timeless garments, but each piece is uncommon - there aren't 20+ replicas on the rack behind it. It takes time and deliberation to determine if a thrift store piece has a spot in your shelf but once you buy it, your look becomes separate from anyone else's. Going thrifting is like going on a treasure hunt to me; when I find a great sweater or skirt for no more than 4 dollars, I can't help but think I struck gold!
